Dijon mustard is very well known and renowned internationally. It is manufactured as it was in the old days ; the brown mustard seeds are ground together with vinegar in a stone mill. That mustard tastes particularly good  with meat of all kinds, but also refines sauces such as a homemade mayonnaise or vinaigrette.

 

Did you know ? Fallot Mustard has been an independent, family-owned, Burgundy company since 1840. Marc Désarménien, the grandson of Edmond Fallot, is currently in charge of the company. About twenty employees contribute to the quality of the production. The company expanded its range of products over the years with aromatic mustards, vinegars, and other condiments like pickles; La Moutarderie Fallot made a commitment to have its manufacturing process conform with their high-quality standard.
